At Cotton Club, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all linens and decor items are in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
